Before you read these, may we apologise for such a long-winded text. Unfortunately, as I am sure you are aware, this is something we must provide.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS & SERVICES
Botanica Rx™ is a business with an online store selling natural products and plant-based remedies to the public and health practitioners. Our aim is to provide support for people as they travel on their personal Wellness journeys.
AGREEMENT OF SALE
As is standard policy, all products remain the property of Botanica Rx™ until payment has been made in full. The agreement of sale between the customer and Botanica Rx is only valid once payment has been received and cleared in Botanica Rx™’s bank account.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Botanica Rx™ will take responsibility for all transactions on this website – sales, service, support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
BOTANICA RX DELIVERY POLICY
Firstly, please be assured that we will do our utmost to make sure that all orders are processed within one working day of your order being confirmed. We want you to be able to start your Wellness journey as soon as possible.
Next, we are happy to offer a few options for you to receive your order from Botanica Rx. Delivery or collection, you can decide what works best for you. Here is the information to help you make your decision.
Deliveries
We are delighted to be able to offer you Free delivery for orders over R1500.00.
For smaller orders we can offer either:
Standard delivery (R150) which will usually be received 3-4 working days after placing the order.
Express delivery (R185) which will usually be received 1-2 working days after placing the order.
To keep you updated, you will receive emails with information about the progress of your delivery, but you will also be able to track your delivery using your Waybill number.
You will receive confirmation of delivery via the courier service once the order has been signed for at the delivery address.

We would be delighted to meet you in person if you are local to us. We are open Tuesday- Friday 9am - 4pm for collections.
Orders will be available for collection after 1 working day, and an email will be sent to you when the order is ready to collect.
N.B. Delivery is only available within South Africa.
Botanica Rx Refund Policy
Firstly, we want to say thank you for shopping at Botanica Rx and we are very sorry if a situation has arisen that has prompted you to investigate our Refund policy.
Please note that you will need to be a Registered customer for us to be able to arrange any returns or replacements of our products.
Due to nature of the products we sell, we feel unable to offer refunds, as they aren’t something you can try on for size, or maybe decide you don’t like the colour of. However, store credit is available in certain situations. Please be assured though, that any product arriving damaged will certainly be replaced. If you do decide you have changed your mind, and no longer want the supplement, cream or tea etc. that you ordered, here are the ins and outs of what we can offer you.
Returns
We offer store credit within the first 7 days of your purchase in the following situations:

You have a valid reason for no longer wanting the item.

The item is unopened and in the same condition you received it in, e.g. in the original box.

You have a receipt or proof of purchase.

It is a regular priced item, as sale, special offer or promotion items cannot be refunded.
If you wish to arrange a return, please contact us by email at admin@botanica-rx.co.za and we will be happy to assist you. Please be aware that any cost incurred by us for the return of the item will, however, be deducted from any store credit you will receive.
What happens next...
Once we have received your returned product, we will give it a quick check to make sure it’s unopened etc. and then we will process your return. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm its eligibility for store credit. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.
When your refund is approved, your store credit will be allocated to your store account within 7 days.
Damages
We will always endeavour to pack your products carefully so they arrive in perfect condition, however sometimes we may fail, and your products arrive damaged and cannot be used. If this happens, we will happily replace the item/items for you at our own expense. You will need to send us proof of the damage (photos) by email to admin@botanicarx.co.za and then we will contact you to arrange for an exchange of your product. Alternatively, we can offer you the option of store credit. The product will need to be returned to us, which we will arrange with you.
Late or missing refunds

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY
This is to let you know we will protect your information and are fulfilling all our legal requirements to you, while also protecting ourselves.
By viewing this website, you agree that you have read and understood all the provisions that is set out within the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. (POPI)
Botanica Rx™ takes your privacy seriously. All personal information collected on this site will remain confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned to any other party. Botanica Rx™ will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users in accordance with the POPI.
As per the POPI disclaimer, personal information refers to any information that relates to a person which can identify such person. The POPI act is available at www.gov.za/documents/acts.
Information is collected of you whenever personal information is provided to the company, such as when accessing the website, contacting the company electronically, filling in a form, etc., Botanica Rx endeavours to comply with the conditions set out in POPIA. Thus, the information kept by Botanica Rx is treated as confidential and is protected with necessary safety features.

All our images and content are subject to copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, republished or redistributed without our consent. This site is for use by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We have tried to make paying simple, so we have enlisted the services of PayFast. This means we can offer Retail customers options to pay by debit card, credit card or by instant EFT, using the integrated secure PayFast payment gateway on checkout.
All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

We at Botanica Rx™ have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that the products on this website are captured correctly and are of the highest quality and safety. However, due to the possibility of human error, Botanica Rx™ accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website, or incorrect stock availability. Neither do we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of the products may cause.
