No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, your order history and manage returns more easily. It also provides an option to receive Newsletters with Wellness tips and updates.
Simply add the products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the instructions to complete payment and shipping details.

Your order is received by Botanica Rx - you receive a copy of the order by email.
We then pack your order for shipment via courier.
The courier collects each working day by 2pm and delivers the product to the address you provided. You will receive email updates.
Yes, a Tax Invoice will be emailed to you.
Please allow 4 business days for delivery. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.
We only offer store credit in the event of returns, and the cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
